Amy Spencer currently hosts the Sirius satellite radio show Sex Files, a live call-in advice show about love, sex and relationships on Maxim channel 108, along with her co-host, sexologist Yvonne Fulbright, Ph.D. (www.sirius.com/maximradio). Amy is also a writer who produces articles for New York, Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Real Simple, Cosmopolitan, Maxim, Match.com, The New York Post, and Msn.com among other publications. She was one of the launch editors of Maxim in the U.S., where she worked as a senior editor, and was a top features editor at Glamour; she was also a features editor at Star magazine, as one of the hired guns plucked to turn the newsprint magazine into a successful celebrity weekly. She has appeared as a media celebrity expert on NBC’s Access Hollywood, CBS’ Entertainment Tonight, E! True Hollywood Story, VH1’s Naked Hollywood, VH1’s Christina Aguilera, and the Fox News channel. She appears regularly as a talking head on the G4 channel’s Filter and has made appearances on morning talk shows including The WB Morning Show and Fox Morning Show. She has done dozens of radio interviews on national FM, XM and Sirius radio programs. She has been the resident relationship expert on Sirius Radio’s Maxim channel for the last three years, appearing regularly on The Covino & Rich Show with hosts Rich Davis and Steve Covino, and as a relationship expert on Howard Stern’s Howard 100 News. She is a newlywed who lives with her husband in Los Angeles, California.
