Margo Z

Reformed Sinner Margo Z* knows her way around disastrous relationships. Chasing her kindergarten classmates around the monkey bars at recess blossomed into a full-blown addiction to fraternity bad boys. One passion-free marriage and divorce later, she threw herself headlong into a seven-year drama-packed roller coaster ride with the original Beautiful F***ed Up Man. Other notable achievements included falling hard for The Invisible Closet Case (so much fun, she did it twice!), and a brief stint as the North American record-holder for Most Consecutive ACOA Boyfriends.

Weary of starring in her own soap opera, Margo decided her approach could use an overhaul.

After an intense, year-long study of men, dating, marriage and male-female dynamics, she ditched her former BITCH (“Boys, I’m Taking Charge Here”) ways and embraced patience, traditionalism, and yes – The Rules (the ultimate weeding-out tool). Margo’s efforts were rewarded when she achieved her own personal Nirvana: a deeply happy and fulfilling marriage at midlife to Josh, a bright, cool, fun-loving, intensely affectionate laid-back younger guy who truly “gets it.”

Margo, a writer by trade, lives in the Midwest with her husband of two years and several unbelievably spoiled furry creatures. They are childless by choice. It’s Josh’s first (make that, only) marriage.
