Lindley Arthur

Lindley Arthur is a 30-year-old Texas girl who lives in Dallas with her husband Stroud and 2-year-old son, Leighton. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a journalism degree, studied fashion in London, then moved back to Dallas to write for large corporations and fashion clients. When her son was born, she decided to stay at home, trading her AP Style Book, high heels and long business lunches for a copy of Baby Wise, Nikes and peanut butter sandwiches. She works as a freelance writer and finds ways to put the words on paper, even with the Best of Big Bird blaring in the background. Lindley’s a big fan of down-to-earth, honest conversation, good wine with good friends, and expensive shoes (of which she no longer has a use for). At the end of the day, after she’s wiped the crayon scribbles off the wall and brushed the dried apple juice out of her hair, she can be found on her patio with her husband, drinking a big glass of cabernet.
